We collect the business and contact details you provide when applying for a dealer account — shop name, tax and tire levy numbers, contact names, phone numbers, email addresses and delivery locations. We also record ordering, delivery and payment activity generated through the dealer portal.
Your information is used to process orders, dispatch deliveries, issue invoices and statements, manage credit terms, and provide after-sales support. We use contact details to send order and delivery notifications you have enabled in your account settings.
We store a device identifier when you choose to trust a device so we can recognise it for 30 days. Signing in from an unrecognised device requires a one-time security code sent to your account email. You can revoke trusted devices at any time from your account settings.
We share only what is required to fulfil your orders: delivery addresses and contact numbers with our drivers, and shipment details with carriers and customs brokers. We do not sell dealer information.
Order, invoice and statement records are retained for as long as required by Canadian tax and business record-keeping obligations. Account contact details are retained while your dealer account is active.
You can review and update your profile, business details, locations and notification preferences at any time in the dealer portal under Manage your account.
